Bespoke Plant Medicine
We have an association with a local medicine man who makes all of his remedies from local fauna and flora. He offers one on one consultations and makes bespoke herbal medicines from scratch.
Herbal medicines are those with active ingredients made from plant parts, such as leaves, roots or flowers.

Womens Circle
When we sit with other women we are met with a mirror to the deep, inner wisdom we hold within ourselves. We can share truths and be heard without any shame, guilt, or judgement. We share, learn, laugh, cry, connect, heal, to feel deeper than we ever have, and to simply be our authentic selves and to celebrate.
Shamanic Ceremonies
In our ceremonies we connect and honour the directions, east, south, west, north, above and below, and then the seventh direction which is within our own divine spirit.
By honouring and giving thanks to the elements that give us what we need to thrive and sustain our lives earth, air, water and fire as the sun we deepen our own spiritual connection and healing that's available from the unseen worlds.
