February is the month of purification, stability and presence.

Our day retreat will give you a chance to pause, slow down connect to your inner self, creating a circuit break that will provide you with clarity, vision and allow you let go of things that no longer serve you. When we unplug and escape from the stress and stains of daily living, it gives us a chance to harmonise our bodies and realign our mental well-being, enabling us to get our natural rhythms back on track.

This retreat will be focusing on fear, judgment and shame, giving you the space to process and release emotions that hold you back and enable you to move forward.  Shedding old beliefs and mindsets and removing any blockages allowing you to move forward.

We will be offering a range of different healing modalities at the day retreat:-

The day starts at 10.00 and finishes at 17.30, you can opt to stay for the evening sound healing too which will finish around 20.30.

The cost for the day is £145pp, which includes a lunch and an early evening snack.
